Heavy Duty Diesel Coolant Additive Solution

The Challenge:

A company using operating machines at a mine overseas started experiencing several problems with their conventional coolant. The cylinder liner from one of the engines showed severe corrosion, which then began to puncture the liner wall. This was beginning to negatively impact the performance of the operating machines.

The Solution:

The company came to our corrosion and scale team in hopes of fixing this major problem. After finding the right coolant additive for this customer, the engine performance dramatically increased and corrosion was heavily minimized.
