Get a YETI cooler with the purchase of any qualifying Smart Release Feed System (≥3 feeders) + Premium Panel (must include controller & sensors). Limit 1 cooler per system. Sponsor. Dober, 11230 Katherine’s Crossing, Woodridge, IL 60517 (“Sponsor”).

Offer. Receive one (1) YETI Tundra 35 or similar cooler with the purchase of a qualifying Smart Release Feed System and a Premium Panel on the same order (a “Qualifying System”).

Definitions. “Smart Release Feed System” (a “System”) means a Smart Release installation comprised of at least three (3) Smart Release feeders (e.g., SRT, SRG2, or other Dober‑designated models) and a Premium Panel, all on the same PO/invoice, intended to operate together as one system. Systems with fewer than three feeders do not qualify. “Premium Panel” means Dober’s Premium Panel that includes an integrated controller and sensors (sensor types as designated by Dober for the application). Panels without both a controller and sensors do not qualify.

Eligibility. Valid only to current Dober Distributors in good standing. Ship‑to address must be a Distributor facility; shipments to end‑user sites are not permitted. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period. Valid on qualifying purchase orders from November 17,2025 through July 31, 2026, or while supplies last. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion. All Qualifying Systems purchased prior to the effective termination date will be fulfilled.

Qualifying Purchase. A purchase qualifies only if: (1) the order includes a System as defined above (≥3 Smart Release feeders + a Premium Panel that includes a controller and sensors) on the same PO/invoice; (2) the order is purchased directly from Dober (orders through third‑parties or non‑Dober resellers do not qualify); (3) the order is placed and accepted within the Promotion Period; and (4) the order is not cancelled and is paid per agreed terms.

Limit. Limit one (1) cooler per System. Multiple Systems on a single PO each earn one cooler per system if each System meets the definition above.

How to Claim/Fulfillment. The cooler will ship with the System or separately to the System’s ship‑to address (Distributor facility only) within [2–8] weeks of shipment or commissioning, in Sponsor’s discretion. Ship-to information will be coordinated with the recipient by Dober. Signature may be required.

Returns/Exchanges. If the System is returned (in whole or part) or modified so it no longer qualifies (e.g., Premium Panel removed; feeder count drops below three), you must return the cooler unused.

Taxes & Fees. Recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes/fees and any income‑tax reporting related to the cooler.

No Cash Value; Substitutions. No cash value; may not be combined with other promotions/rebates unless expressly permitted. No substitutions, except Dober may substitute an item of equal/greater value if the cooler is unavailable.

Transfer/Resale. Non‑transferable; not for resale.

Fraud/Misuse. Dober may refuse, recover, or claw back incentives for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
